At The Venue
• Title sponsor name & logo to be mentioned along with event logo in the main banner.
• Marketing Space in the lobby.
• Hoarding space for 2 banners at the venue entrance.
• A magnetic fridge calendar will be given to all guest exclusively with title sponsor logo.
• An event brochure with sponsor ads will be given to all guest at the entrance.

During the Event
•Sponsor ads will be posted on our website till the event date.
• MC will mention the title sponsor name throughout the event. MC will be provided a brief write up on
the services being offered. Possibly allow a testimonial from the general audience to attest to the positive
experience that were offered prior.
• Sponsor ad will be displayed in the screen inside the venue.
• Mega sponsor can address the audience along with memento presentation Sponsor Logo will be added
in all our ads, posters to be distributed/displayed in Major South Asian restaurants & stores, social media
posts and all other marketing materials for the event.
• Special Mention in press conference.
• Logo will be printed in ticket coupons for the event.
• Sponsor name to be mentioned in News paper write up (Malayalam and Tamil ), both print and online.
• Sponsor ads will be published in our social media pages (Facebook & Instagram) multiple times till the
event date to get maximum exposure.
• 5 tickets will be given to the sponsor.
